Copycat document solutions are committed to giving all our clients exceptional on going technical support to ensure their document solutions remain productive throughout their lifetime. Even the latest, high tech, digital imaging systems require periodic service and maintenance. We will do whatever it takes to prevent downtime of your critical copy, print, scan and fax devices. Our proactive service model allows us to anticipate potential problems, keeping minor issues from becoming major problems, and quickly complete any service that’s required.
We can service and repair most makes or models of photocopiers, Printers & Fax machines and provide a quote for the repair if required. We have fast response times to keep up with the industry standard of 4 hours, so if your machine has broken down we will do our very best to get it working for you as quickly as possible with the minimum of inconvenience and down time. We also run a proactive routine preventative maintenance program and use genuine OEM parts and consumables to ensure your machine is running at it best.
Using a combination of industry leading software, we can remotely monitor the status of your equipment and be alerted to any potential problems before they impact on your productivity. We will receive email updates on page count, errors and service data which allow us to take a proactive approach to managing your output devices.
Our service agreements cover labour, parts and toner giving you total peace of mind that your photocopier or MFP will always be back up and running a.s.a.p. If however you wish to pay as you go then Copycat are happy to help with excellent rates for labour and competitive pricing on parts.
We are suppliers of Sharp machines and their range offers the latest technology from the small A4 Black & White copiers to the most sophisticated High Speed Full Colour Machines.
When a fault has been logged, we will analyse the fault and determine if it can be fixed remotely or over the phone. If the problem is more complex in nature, then an Engineer will be sent out to fix the problem.
We offer you friendly advice with no high pressure selling and include free installation, training and connection to your network.
We will take full responsibility for the delivery and installation of all document devices and software to ensure a seamless transition to your new document solution. This will also organises and manages the installation, and make sure we have the necessary equipment to deliver and install your new devices.
Prior to installation our Workshop Engineers build and pre-configure each individual model to your exact requirements. For example, IP addresses and PIN codes can be set up so you can use your new devices immediately upon installation. We fully test all equipment on-site and all packaging is disposed of via our Recycling Centre prior to installation – helping minimise down-time. Once your installation is complete, we will then train key users on how to get the best from your new document solution.
At Copycat document solutions we know that incorporating technology changes into your office is best achieved by designing and following a carefully prepared hardware and software training plan. We will work with you to make your hands-on training session informative, ensuring you take full advantage of all features and functions designed to enhance your workflow and increase productivity.
